KEY PROJECTS
Marina Bay Sands
Marina Bay Sands is an Integrated Resort developed by one of the world's biggest gaming companies, Las Vegas Sands. It is a new type of urban place that integrates the Waterfront Promenade with a grand, multi-levelled retail arcade combining civic space, shopping, indoor and outdoor spaces endowed with city skyline views, daylight and plant life, providing an abundance and variety of activities. The resort, inspired by card decks, is designed by world renowned architect Moshe Safdie. In addition to the casino, other key components of the project are three 55-storey hotel towers with 2,500 rooms and suites, crowned by a two acre Sky Garden bridging across the towers, a 200,000-square-foot (19,000 m2) Art-Science museum and a convention centre with 1,200,000 square feet (111,000 m2) of space, capable of accommodating up to 45,000 people.
Deluge is involved in the fire sprinkler protection system for the hotel towers, the hotel’s roof-top sky park and the convention and exhibition centre. Deluge is also contracted to implement the IR’s external fire service.
