GDS Data Center (Malaysia)
GDS Nusajaya Tech Park Data Center Campus, also known as GDS NTP Data Center Campus, is the first data center that GDS has launched in Southeast Asia. The phase 1 of the campus (consisting of Nusajaya 1, 2, 3 data centers or NTP1, 2, 3) boasts a total net floor area of 22,500 sqm, along with a total IT power capacity of 69.5 MW. The campus incorporates advanced green designs and is powered by GDS’ most innovative Smart DC solution, enabling swift delivery within 14 months of NTP1 and ensuring high efficiency and low-carbon operations.
Deluge has completed in the fire protection works for blocks A, B and C for this project and has been awarded the works for block D as well.
Hyundai Motor Group Innovation Center Singapore
Hyundai Motor Group introduces a new ‘smart urban mobility hub’ concept, which includes a highly automated flexible production system and provides unprecedented ways for electric vehicle (EV) buyers to interact with their vehicles and the Hyundai brand. HMGICS symbolizes the Group’s determination to progress onwards with its global leadership in the creation of sustainable, innovative mobility solutions and progressive customer experience. Seamlessly integrated into the Jurong Innovation District urban landscape and the broader Singapore smart city ecosystem, the seven-story, 86,900 m2 HMGICS facility has the capability to manufacture up to 30,000 EVs per annum.
Deluge was involved in the Fire Protection works as well as the Air Conditioning Mechanical Ventilation works for the project.
Singapore Changi International Airport
Changi Airport is renowned for its unrivalled passenger experiences, which have become synonymous with global connectivity, clockwork efficiency and unique, thoughtful services. The airport was classified as the world’s best on multiple occasions, including for eight consecutive years from 2013 to 2021.
Deluge was involved in the Fire Protection installations and major upgrading works at Terminals 1 and 2.
MRT Station And Tunnel
The Circle Line (CCL) is Singapore’s fourth Mass Rapid Transit line. It will be the world’s longest fully automated metro line. The Downtown Line (DTL) will be the fifth Mass Rapid Transit line in Singapore. It is due to be opened in three stages, in 2013, 2015 and 2017 respectively. When fully completed, the line will be about 42 km (26 mi) long with 34 stations.
Deluge has implemented the Fire Protection Systems for the following lines and stages:
- CCL Stages 1, 4 and 5.
- DTL Stages 4 and 5.
- TEL Stages 1, 2 and 3.
Marina Bay Sands
Marina Bay Sands is an Integrated Resort developed by one of the world’s biggest gaming companies, Las Vegas Sands. It is a new type of urban place that integrates the Waterfront Promenade with a grand, multi-levelled retail arcade combining civic space, shopping, indoor and outdoor spaces endowed with city skyline views, daylight and plant life, providing an abundance and variety of activities. The resort, inspired by card decks, is designed by world renowned architect Moshe Safdie. In addition to the casino, other key components of the project are three 55-storey hotel towers with 2,500 rooms and suites, crowned by a two acre Sky Garden bridging across the towers, a 200,000-square-foot (19,000 m2) Art-Science museum and a convention centre with 1,200,000 square feet (111,000 m2) of space, capable of accommodating up to 45,000 people.
Deluge is involved in the fire sprinkler protection system for the hotel towers, the hotel’s roof-top sky park and the convention and exhibition centre. Deluge is also contracted to implement the IR’s external fire service.
Sengkang Hospital
Sengkang General Hospital is one of Singapore’s public hospitals. The 1000-bed hospital was officially opened by Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong on 23 March 2019, the SKH Campus which comprises Sengkang General Hospital (SKH) and Sengkang Community Hospital supports the healthcare needs of residents in northeast Singapore.
Deluge is involved in the installation for all of the Fire Protection Systems which includes the:
Sprinkler System, Dry Riser System, Wet Riser System, Hosereel system, Clean Gas system, Hydrant System, Fire Alarm system and Fireman Intercom system.
VivoCity
VivoCity in Singapore is one of the largest shopping malls in Asia. Set on the HarbourFront and billed as a shopping, entertainment and lifestyle destination rolled into one, VivoCity is home to one of Singapore’s largest cinemas, among the country’s biggest toy stores, an amphitheatre, a wade pool, and 4 food courts.
Deluge was involved in the fire protection installations for the entire mall.
SLNG
Singapore LNG Corporation Pte Ltd (SLNG) built Singapore’s first LNG (Liquefied Natural Gas) Terminal on Jurong Island. It was incorporated by the Energy Market Authority back in June 2009 to develop, build, own and operate Singapore and Asia’s very first open access, multi-user LNG Terminal.
The Singapore Government announced in June 2009 that it would take over the development and ownership of Singapore’s first LNG receiving terminal. The terminal will be a critical component of Singapore’s energy infrastructure to ensure diversification of its gas supply sources and enhance its energy security.
The LNG receiving terminal was completed and commenced operations on 7 May 2013. It has an initial capacity of 3.5 million tonnes per annum (Mtpa). This capacity will increase to 6 Mtpa by the end of 2013 when a third tank, a second jetty and regasification facilities are completed. The terminal’s throughput capacity will further rise to 9 Mtpa when the fourth tank and its related regasification facilities are constructed.
Singapore University Of Technology And Design - SUTD
The new academic campus for the SUTD is located on a site of approx. 83,000 m2 and is close to both Changi airport – Singapore’s principal airport – and the Changi Business Park. The SUTD is Singapore’s fourth public university.

Marina Bay Residences is a condominium housing development comprising 1 block of 55-storey residential apartments with a 7-storey podium consisting of 6-storey carpark levels with 2-storeys of residential apartments (totalling 428 Units) and other ancillary facilities.
