Project 06

  • Deluge started working on the LTA North South Corridor Project which aims to have a 21.5km road tunnel connecting the city to the northern region. This project is also valued at S$109 Million, breaking the record of our highest valued project.
  • Deluge has released its sustainability policy and plans to commit to integrating its Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) material priorities into our business practices.
  • Deluge announced the commencement of its initiative in product automation and digitalization. This leverages on cutting-edge technology to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Project 05

  • Deluge Training Centre was set up together with Building Construction Authority (BCA) for the purpose of improving and enhancing the skills and standards of workers in the fire protection industry by the introduction of the Construction Registration of Tradesmen (Core-Trade).
  • Deluge Special Hazard was established to service the special hazards needs of the fire protection industry. It is also appointed as the distributer / agent from reputable system manufacturers such as Janus Fire System (USA), LPG (Spain), FireLite (USA) etc.
  • Our regional office in Bangkok, Thailand was established to focus on fire protection solutions for the power, petrochemical, oil and gas markets for the Asian and Middle East regions.
  • Deluge Vietnam was also established and is working closely together with one of their local fire contractors. Some of the projects include Aircraft Maintenance Hangar in Ho Chi Minh City and Mong Duong II Power Plant in Hanoi.
  • Deluge was one of the winners of the Enterprise 50 Award for 3 years consecutively - 2012, 2013, and 2014.
  • The E50 award acknowledges Deluge Fire Protection as one of the best SMEs in Singapore for Excellence in entrepreneurship.
  • In 2015, Deluge was awarded a project by Seng Kang General Hospital valued at S$20 Million.
  • Deluge was awarded the project by LTA to begin works on the Thomson Line for Stage 1, 2, and 3.
  • Deluge was awarded the Design & Construction of East-West and North-South Transmission Cable Tunnel Projects.
  • Two tunnels, one running North-South and another East-West and measuring a total of 35km in length, will be built 60 meters underground.
  • Deluge received an Appreciation Award for the Outstanding Contribution towards the completion of MARINA LOBP & GMP Project from Shell Singapore for achieving 7 million safe man-hours in 2017.
  • Deluge engaged and worked closely with Enterprise Singapore to develop the Be My Own Boss (BMOB) Model, allowing workers to develop into take on leadership roles within the company.
  • Deluge was awarded the LTA Kim Chuan Depot Project.

Project 04

  • Deluge was awarded by Marina Bay Sands integrated resort Singapore (MBS), the largest total contract sums for fire protection installations in Singapore at their integrated resort valued at about S$40.0m.
  • Deluge was accredited with OHSAS 18001:2007 for Design, Prefabrication and Installation of Fixed Fire Protection System.
  • Deluge was awarded the Biz-Safe STAR for Workplace Safety & Health.
  • Deluge moved into the present 6-storey office building at Chin Bee Drive
  • Deluge set up a new prefabrication factory in Malaysia.
  • Deluge was accredited with ISO 14001:2004 Environmental Management System.
  • Deluge Offshore was established to focus on fire protection solutions for the oil & gas, marine & offshore industries.

Project 03

  • Deluge was the first in the industry to set up and be accredited by BCA for training, upgrading and competency testing of vocational skills for fire sprinkler installers.
  • Deluge acquired and moved into the 38,000 sq. ft. Office/Fabrication shop at Joo Koon Crescent.
  • Deluge was accredited with ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management System affirming the Design, Prefabrication and Installation of Fixed Fire Protection System capability of the company.

Project 02

  • Deluge introduced the prefabrication process and was the first in the industry to do so.
  • Deluge became a CITI (now BCA) approved training centre for Sprinkler Pipe Fitters.
  • Deluge successfully completed the installation of Sprinkler System for the 66-Storey, 280m-tall Republic Plaza (The tallest building in Singapore then).
